I have had real bad abdominal pain for a little over a week now I have constant diarrhea and sometimes I have a lot of blood in my stool a lot I know I have hemmroids but I have been told I am very likely to get anal fissures i have had mucus coming from my butt and I am very nauseas and dizzy
