I m having unprotected sex from a while now ..sometimes protected too ..there is regular sperm leakage and it hurts so much in my lower abdominal..wat should I do ?

U r hvng infection. Get urself examined. U need to be on a course of antibiotics. It could lead to PID if not sorted out.
