Recently diagnosed with fatty liver (between Grade 1/2) and have been experiencing discomfort in my right upper abdomen. This is pronounced while sitting. Is there any way to treat the daily discomfort? Background: Had been experiencing general bloating and heartburn for the past few months. Blood tests are normal apart from low levels of Vitamin-B,D
