I have lower abdominal and pelvic pain at night while changing sides at bed, laughing, walking. I got only a one day period this month. I have fatigue and pain in inner side of thighs near vagina and sharp pain near ankles. I have bloating too and abdomen feels heavy. My breasts are tender. What might be the reason?
