From tommorow when I m going to get up from bed abdomen muscle is paining..only when I want to bent that time it's paining..otherwise it's not paining..is it anything to worry?

Might be due to a muscle sprain. Take painkiller , muscle relaxant.Warm compresses. Sleeping position could also cause this , so take note of that. Seek help if gets worse or doesn’t seem to get away.
