I am having abodomen pain left side since 3 days.i have gastric trouble.suggest for abdomen pain and gastric trouble.

Mostly due to acid disease. Better to get endoscopy done to rule out H.pylori infection and ulcers. Ultrasound abdomen will help in ruling out other problems
