I've been having huge lower abdomen pain..with severe contraction inside... the pain reflects from lower abdomen to inside anal....the pain occurs rarely a monthly once after passing urine or bowel....the sever contraction  pain last for about 15 Min to half an hour which I can't move or shake my body..feeling like delivery pain..... after half an hour pain reduction trace stands about a day or two........why does it cause  I m confused..... there is no symptom for pain... will get suddenly
