Hi doctor... I'm a breastfeeding mother of a 3 month old baby... I would like to know if it is safe to have A to Z multivitamin during breastfeeding? For how long should I do this multivitamin course? Please help me with this ? Thanks in advance.

Yes it is safe But what you need more is a calcium supplement till you are lactating
