A sticky transparent liquid comes out from my penis when opposite sex just chat with me. I have this fear sticky liquid might come and don't continue to chat with her properly. It comes without any erection. At the same time when i am masturbating it's not getting hard. And if i do continuous then at medium hardness  ejaculation is happening.
