A small spot visible sometimes

I could see a small spot when exposed to sunlight and heat for some time. I consulted eye doctor for the same and after all the checkup, doctor said everything is ok. What could be the reason for that spot which I could see sometimes into my eyes.

Hello I think that spot is floater Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in vitreous cavity of eye These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
