Since 3 days ago, I have been watching a circular small size (like half the size of a gram (chana) in circle) white (not exactly, i should say discolor) spot on my penis around the round perimeter. Today i noticed again, It seems that the skin at the spot is a burnt skin (jhalka, in hindi) but amazing thing is that when i checked it with my hand, I feel no pain, no itching, nothing. It feels like regular skin. But it appears like a jhalka. So kindly suggest me any good cream or ointment or anything that can help me in normalizing the spot. I am tensed because it never happened to me ever. I am Virgin too. For proper knowledge, I can send you the pic of it.
