A small hard bump in groin area

I have a small and hard bump in the groin area (more towards the anal area on right side). Almost 3-4 days ago it wasn't very hard to touch and neither was it itchy. Right now the bump has grown in size (almost 1-1.5cm) and is quite hard to touch , it doesn't pain at all and is not itchy either. What first aid treatment can I do as the dermatologist appointment I got is of Monday. Thank you so much in advance for your support!
