I got a little bulge in the lower left side of neck, it's been almost a month but its neither paining nor reducing( i mean the swelling is as it is a month ago). I tried messaging it with oil and rubbed volini too, but nothing helped.

It could be anything... lymph node or thyroid swelling etc....
Next Steps
get a proper examination done by nearby ENT doctor....
