Hello, There is a lump below my ear under my neck it was there from a year or more i donot have any trouble with it but from 2-3 days it starts paining slowly slowly what is this symptom about im scared lil bit because of lump my uncle is suffering from cancer im not going to tell this to my parents otherwise the will get too worry , please tell me what to do ...
