A little accident is happened on 30 th Jan 2024 their is no fracture ( seen in x ray ) on my leg is happened but still swelling at patela near by its about 15 days passed any suggestions for anti inflammatory cream aur method to lower down the swelling... Please suggest

Go for mri to know root cause

Rest and avoid walking Ice pack application Acenac sp or.zerodol sp medication
Next Steps
consult orthopaedician physically,get knee examined if not improved with rest.. might require mri scan
