A knee ligament pain

While playing football, I took a sharp turn and suddenly my knee made a pop sound and my knee ligament started paining. As of now no swelling and it's been 19 hours since the incident. I would like to know what steps has to be taken further on. Looking forward for your reply.

There could be an internal derrangement of knee. Do not ignore. Visit and orthopaedic surgeon and the surgeon will recommend a MRI accordingly.

Hi..you should visit orthopedic dr for safer side n take MRI if need.Apply ICE.
