I have frequently observed mid cycle spotting in my otherwise regular period cycles. This time I'm experiencing a full menstrual flow during ovulation time.

Mid cycle bleeding or spotting is typically present in some women called mittelschmerz sign. It is normal. Other reasons could be ipill use or some hormonal imbalance. Dont do anything about spotting. Just see how the bleeding is this time and then decide if it needs evaluation
