A calculus in right kidney at mid pole

There is7.3 mm diameter calculus seen in right kidney at mid pole. causing mild hydronephrotic changes on this side. the left kidney is few calculi seen, larger calculi in one measures 5.3 mm diameter. The right kidney measures 99 mm and the left kidney 90 mm in bipolar diameter. No calcification or hydronephrotic changes seen on left side. The cortico-medullary distinction is intact. Ureters not dilated seen
