I got pain n bump on tonsil part googled it some thing called tonsil stones came up. M in a lot of pain . On that part only

The diagnosis depends on whether you are having pain only on one side (unilateral) or bilateral. Tonsillolith or tonsil stone is a visual diagnosis.. And a picture will help by leaps and bounds. Otherwise you are having regular - acute tonsillitis. Do you have fever? Pain on swallowing?

It’s appear to be acute tonsillitis. Advice to take broad spectrum antibiotic and ant inflammatory drugs ..Take this treatment for 2-3 days . If improved, continue same treatment for 5 days otherwise consult ENT dr physically.
