कभी कभी हमारा ब्लड प्रेशर और शुगर नार्मल होने के बावजूद हार्ट की बीमारिया हो सकती है. ब्लड प्रेशर और शुगर ये सब सिर्फ बाहरी सन्देश है जो हमारी बॉडी हमें देती है ये बताने के लिए की अब आपको अपना ख्याल रखना है. अब शायद मैं और ज्यादा चीज़े पचा नहीं पाऊँगी. उस वजह से कभी कभी चेस्ट में दर्द होना लक्षण है हमें समझने के लिए. पर कई बार ये सब चीज़े बहार नहीं दिखाई पड़ती. क्योंकि शायद आपका शरीर अंत तक आपका साथ देता रहता है. पर कुछ कमजोरी जो पहले से होती है वो अचानक हार्ट की बीमारी बन के सामने आ सकती है.

Yes. But there are always reasons, some type of heart damage/ defect may not be due to BP, Sugar etc. Sab normal aap kise keh rahein hain us par depend karta hai. Something that looks externally well may not be internally well and reasons may be beyond simple BP and Sugar and the rest you are talking about. But everything is not normal, it is just that more common causes of heart failure may be missing. But a 2D echo establishes if your heart has failed or not if even that is in question along with the cause.
