First day it created a ring like shape which burns and painful. Wasn't itching. Then a circle created some blisters which bursted on third day. On that day I found another bigger circle around it. I consulted with a skin doctor who gave me azithromicin. Pain is gone, a scar left. Can it be tsetse bite or lyme infection
