I am 36 weeks and 6 days pregnant. My fetus bpd is 9.3cm and it corresponds to 38 weeks. Fetal head measurement corresponds to 38 weeks. Why is there a difference and is it normal.

There is no difference. It is normal. There is a computer error of +/- 3 weeks at 37 weeks pregnancy.
