9 weeks baby not sleeping properly

My 9 week old is not sleeping properly from evening 5pm till morning 7 am. She takes short naps of total 1 or 1 and half hour of this time. Rest of the day time she is mostly awake for an hour. What to do in this case. She doesnt cry and she have milk twice at night, she plays lying on bed.

It's normal for babies to have opposite sleep/awake schedules than adults.
