8months baby boy loose motions from 3days, Consulted the pedestrian and using z & D drops and Enterogermia. Motions are not getting control. STOOL examination says PUS cells are 10-12.

Add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery,maintain hygiene in feeds.
