8 Weeks pregnant+ subchorionic hematoma

Hi , I am 8weeks pregnant, yesterday i had my first u/s scan and in the impression it said, i have thin rim of subchorionic hematoma. Doctor said its very critical and i have to take complete rest and scared me of miscarriage. please help as this is my second pregnancy and had lost my baby due to incompetent cervix last time.
