Recently l have done my 35 weeks ultrasound and my AFI is 8.8cm, but according to my gynac it is low and she has recommended another ultrasound after 10 days as she's trying to improve my AFI level till 12cm by saline and arginine sachets...but if my water levels doesn't increase she's suggesting me to go for c sec in 37 weeks, but l'm concerned will it be too early? Or should l wait more?..also how to increase or improve AFI levels within 1 week?

AFI 8.8 is not very less.It is mild oligohydramnios.Just take plenty of fluids Take arginine sachet. Two hours rest in the day 8hours rest in night preferably in left lateral position. Take high protein diet. Avoid stress it will adversely affect your pregnancy. Watch for fetal movements You can try for normal delivery under close medical supervision.
