My son is having urinal infection,can we give ZENFLOX UTI half tablet to 7 year boy? Plz respond ASAP

Urine infection is diagnosed by urine test or just told by doctor?? Get him evaluated first to check of he has phimosis... n then needs investigations n treatment if infection.
