Hi doctor, My 7th month baby is suffering with cold  since 2 days. We are using rinosec for cold. But today he got cough and unable to tolerate it for sometime. Pl suggest some medicine

Keep warm, avoid bath Use nasal  salaine spray it will help for nasal block. Use Maxtra drop 1 ml BD
