Mild hydronephrosis.creatine level is normal. will urimax 0.4mg potrate mb6 syrub helpful. plz suggest

Take Cap. tamfil S once a day for 7days after food, if the stone does not come out, you will need ureteroscopy

Since how long the stone was there and if the stone was since long duration it can be treated with surgery if of short duration it can be managed with medication ,if it fails it can be treated with surgery. Can you upload the report so that I can plan exact management
