I have 7 mm stone in right upper kidney.its will go with urine or not.present I am using cital syrup and nitrobact caps and zerodol spas.these tabs or enogh or use another tablets.it will go with urine or not.i need operation or not.a have pain on my back.

7 mm stone in kidney may lie silently together for years together or can become  symptomatic  if descends down in ureter .if it comes down in ureter,there is  about 50 percent chance of spontaneous passage .good endoscopic minimally invasive procedures are available if does not pass itself
