7 weeks pregnant with subchorionic bleed

Hi I am 7 weeks pregnant the ultrasound should subchorionic bleed in 2 spots ha.ve been advised bed rest and give gestofit 200mg twixe daily is this going to effect my baby in future as I don't want to have an unhealthy baby kindly suggest

No it is not going to effect your baby.Subchorionic haematoma treatment is bed rest and progesterone tablet or injection.Gradually with time it will absorb automatically .Then again ultrasonography to know the condition of baby.
