Hi Doctors, I have 7-Months old baby, we have started solids and completely reduced milk. Is It Okay ? I am bit concerned. Thanks Doc

Hi Well done ..you have done the right thing by introducing solids to the baby. You surely can continue breast feeding or guve formula feeds until 1 year or even 2  ..but it's not always necessary as they get all the nutritional from solids anyways .. So dont fret.
