I am 7.4 week pregnet but fetus pole is not developed. and gestational 3.2 mm . is it possible , i will continue my pregnency or not please help

This is a concern no doubt ,we suggest you get a repeat sonography done from a different place to verify and confirm on this for deciding further course of action.
