60 year old on thyroxin
60yr obese no hypotensive male
K/c/o hypothyroidism since 7-8 yrs.he was on thyroxin 50mcg , but due to symptoms (lethargy, weight gain, sleppiness in day time,pedal edema)& increased TSH level. He was switched to 75 mcg since 2 month.
Now he is feeling chest pain radiating to left arm around ulnar boarder.
Dryness of mouth & skin,
Pigmentation patch over tibial shin ,
Should he use 75mcg now or shift to 50mcg ??
