Hello! You are 5 weeks 6 days as of now. If you do not have any symptoms such as pain, bleeding or spotting then it is too early to come to a conclusion. I suggest you repeat your ultrasound next week and preferably get an internal (transvaginal scan) scan for a better picture. Do continue your medications as per your doctor's advice. Take care!
