Sir definitely the corrected vision is less than what we expect as normal of 6/6. Better to meet any nearby Ophthalmologist for detailed examination.

It is a decent vision as you are having keratoconus.At your age it is generally progressive.Get a complete checkup,corneal topography regularly,every 6months with your eye specialist.Discuss with your eye specialist requirement of C3R,option of Rose k lenses.
