  4. 50 days old baby. Is that normal?

My 50 days old baby turning her head/neck from one side to other side(like signs of NO) most of the time even at the feeding time also. At the time of breastfeeding also she put the nipple outside from her mouth and after moving head one time then continue to feed. Is that normal?
