My 5 months old son has not poo for 4days now. He does feed only on breast milk. He doesnt vomit nor seems becomes hot. He is also developing new teeth can it be the cause.

Dear parents,           A baby on breast feed can have motion four times a day or once in four days both are normal. So don't worry. Contd breast feeding exclusively up to 6 month.
