My 5 months infant vomits slightly after feeding. What should be the reason? If any digestive problem what drops should be given? Neopeptine or bestozyme ?

Gastro esophagial reflux is common in baby. It will disappear when thr baby grows old. however if baby is not gaining weight;then evaluation needs to be done.

Don't give any digestive enzyme drops, give adequate burping after feeding. Check for any nasal obstruction. Don't give anything other than breast milk
