Baby has cold for a week .. some morning look better but again after few hours nose is runny again Saline nasal spray used regularly helps to only clean out the blockage . But doesn't improve the cold as such Pls advise

Cold medicine can be prescribed if baby above 6 months of age Saline drops can be used basis of requirement like once in 3 hours or not in a day if child is better
