For the last two days baby is having loose watery stools with bubbles atleast thrice a day(immediately after feeding) .please advice on the same .

Passing stools after every feed is normal at this age,but it should be soft and formed. Give breastfeeds at a gap of atleast 3 hours or more,give nothing else by mouth and ensure strict hygiene in feeds. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
