My daughter is 4 months old. Today She is passing stool frequently (7 times so far) but in small amounts. Usually she has a pattern of pooping thrice a day. She did not strain much while passing stools today. And the color of the stool was getting paler. I have attached the image of the stool she passed last.  Should I be concerned?

change of frequency of stools is significant. so there is a little bit of concern there. passage of urine is to be also taken into consideration. avoid bottle feeding. use of diapers lead to rashes so not advisable.
