Hi, My baby is 4 months old.He is having redness on top of penis head and skin. I applied oil and lotion,he is not crying when I apply cream But later he is crying.The redness is  seen only some times.He passes urine without pain. Is it something to worry about?

This is normal presentation in infants in uncircumcised penis. Don't worry, Try to retract penile skin once a week while giving bath.
