Hello Dr. Vibhev below is my 46 months old glass prescription. Right eye(sph +0.50, cyl: +0.50, axis: 150, VA: 6/6-) left eye(sph: +0.50, cyl: +0.50, Axis: 30, VA: 6/6). Please let know if he need to with glasses. Dilation is done for this test.

Yes your child definitely needs to wear spectacles. This is compulsory for normal eye development and to prevent any amblyopia. Please make sure u recheck them every 6 months.
