Yesterday it was Dignosed that he had his first heart attack. Also Dignosed of having Severe LV dysfunction. Please help us with next steps for treatment.

hello get admitted under a cardiologist get troponin i and t done coronary angiogram done then based on the results get treated either medically with heparinisation or low molecular weight heparins , glyceral tri nitrates , sorbitrates , anti platelets anti cholesterol agents , sor surgically with stenting or cabg good luck bye
