4 month old did not potty from last 1 wk

My 4 month old baby did not pass stool from last 1 week. I am exclusively breast feeding but last Thursday 5 days back gave formula 60 ml. Baby doesn't have any other symptoms. What should we do ? And for how long baby can go without doing potty.?

The top feed may have caused the constipation . If no vomiting or abd distension and no abd pain , nothing much needs to be done at this point  . However if you feel that after a feed baby strains hard and seems to be constipated then some action has to be taken
