There is no problem in giving ORS. But continuing breastfeeding is sufficient. As urine output is adequate and taking mothers milk well. As there is only 2- 3 episodes per day. You can give Z and D - zinc drops - 0.5 ml 0D that is 10 mg / day for 14 days.

continue breastfeeding till 6 months of age you can give vitamin D 3 drops 400 I U Once daily till 1 year of age.
