4 mnth old breastfeeding has loosemotion

My 4month old has loose motion last 3 days. Doctor suggested Neopeptine 5drops thrice per day. But still not stopped and baby passes green watery stool 4-5 times a day. She is active,taking feed properly but seems she feels sleepy once given the neopeptine dosage also giving some cooing noise and spitup after feeding. Should i continue neopeptine alone for how many days or any other remedies?

Better not to give anything else other than breast feeding and vit d3 drops.as far loosestools s concerned nothing to worry it’s common it ll settle by itself.if baby s not feeding well and tired need to consult pediatrician
