Wait till your pregnancy is about 8-10 weeks. Many a times one or two fetus out of four will not grow on their own. If there are 3 or more fetus growing , it is advisable to reduce them to twins by a procedure called fetal reduction as higher order multiple pregnancies have a high probability of abortion or very preterm delivery.  U consult your doctor for the pros and cons of fetal reduction.
