3mm in epididymal cyst

Having 3 mm cyst in right side causing discomfort and sometimes pain also. Had got usg Doppler also . Doctor says no need to worry .It will not impact anything and can be left unoperated. But due to regular discomfort I want to get rid of it. What will be cost in Delhi NCR and issues with surgery.
